AltX-listed technology-driven engineering solutions group Ansys has tapped Andrew Matseke as a new MD at one of its subsidiaries, Tedaka Network Solutions.

Tedaka Network Solutions designs, installs, commissions, distributes and integrates high-quality telecommunications products and solutions that are custom-designed to enhance the network integrity of its clients.

The company is a turn-key service provider to Tier 1 communication companies, government departments, state-owned companies, and educational and private institutions.

Matseke joins Tedaka from Transnet Rail, where he was the executive manager of telecommunications for four years. He is also an ex-MD at Powertech TIS.

Matseke brings over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and electrical industries to the company. He has worked on implementing ground-breaking telecommunications solutions not only in South Africa but also in Botswana, Lesotho, Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of Congo, which has given him invaluable insight into the broader continental market.
